RESIDENTIAL HOURLY RATE - $100/HR (MINIMUM CHARGE IS 1/2 HOUR - $50)
COMMERCIAL HOURLY LABOR RATE - $110/HR (MINIMUM CHARGE IS 1/2 HOUR - $55.00)

Service Description
-Replace the plug
-Clean air filter housing
-Blow out entire machine of debris and/or mouse nest
-Sharpen or replace blades and clean the underside of the deck (Sharpening price $10.00 extra per blade)
-inspect and replace belts as necessary
-Check cables-Tighten handles
-Replace oil (filter also if applicable)
-Replace air filter
-Add "Mechanic in a Bottle" stabilizer to the gas
-Grease any fittings
-Charge or replace the battery
-Check tire pressure
-Check all belts
-Check any lights
-Change fuel filter
-Check deck level
-Replace transmission filter and fluid if applicable
-Check all pulleys
